Commissioned by Keystone, a transformation of a former office building into 35 apartments at Rietgors in the city center of Nieuwegein. The building, named ‘Early Bird,’ comprises 35 apartments, including 3 studios, 3 three-room apartments, and 29 two-room apartments, all equipped with storage units. The total apartment area is 1.905 m².
