Hoofddorp Somfy

A newly built distribution center with office space for Somfy Nederland, located at the De President 2 business park in Hoofddorp. The three-story office building covers 1.900 m² and is characterized by transparent curtain walls, striking S-shaped silver façade bands, and overhangs with balconies. The hall, primarily used as a warehouse, spans 4.000 m². In addition, the facility includes a mezzanine, a drivers’ area, and a small office.
