Project description
The new Amsterdam Breeze Hotel, located in the IJburg district, is the first nearly zero-energy hotel in the Netherlands. It was built on behalf of Dutch Green Company and Borghese Real Estate for end user AEON Plaza Hotels. The complex has a total floor area of 9.400 m² and features 198 rooms, a restaurant, a basement parking garage for guests, and a sky bar offering panoramic views over the IJmeer. Hotel Breeze Amsterdam is a unique blend of eco-friendly design and luxury, offering a warm welcome and personalized service. Due to its outstanding energy performance, the hotel has been awarded a BREEAM Excellent certification and was the proud winner of the 2019 EZK Energy Award for Businesses.
