Project description
At Productieweg in Zeewolde, a unique and sustainable production hall has been built for VSH Fittings, featuring a total of 35.000 m² of industrial space and 1.250 m² of office space. The height of the modern distribution center is 14 meters, situated on a plot of approximately 55.000 m². It is equipped with 34 loading docks, 3 overhead doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 161 parking spaces. The building holds a BREEAM Very Good certification.
