Apeldoorn Royal Talens

Royal Talens is a manufacturer and supplier of artists’ paints and offers a wide range of creative materials. For this project, we were responsible for the entire construction process, including the complete interior fit-out. The offices feature high-quality finishes, including Derako ceilings, timber slat wall finishes, poured floors and oak flooring. The factory and office are connected by an atrium featuring, among other elements, tiered seating and suspended plants (plant wires). The office façade consists of brickwork with various curved and angled sections, combined with curtain walling. A dedicated production installation has been integrated into the factory hall for the manufacturing of Royal Talens products. The factory also includes several recessed pits and ATEX-classified areas, where potentially explosive atmospheres may occur. In addition to the office and factory hall, a multi-storey car park was constructed with six parking levels and one level dedicated to bicycle storage. The factory and warehouse have a total floor area of 15.500 m². The office comprises 5.500 m², while the parking facility has a total floor area of 6.641 m².
