Apeldoorn Royal Talens

Talens is a manufacturer and supplier of artist paints and offers a wide range of creative materials. For this project, we are responsible for the entire construction, including complete finishing. The offices will be finished to a high standard, featuring Derako ceilings, wooden slats on the walls, poured floors, oak flooring, and more. The factory and office building will be connected by an atrium, which will include features such as a grandstand and hanging plants (plant wires). The office façade consists of masonry with various curves and slanted walls combined with curtain walls. Inside the factory hall, a production installation will be installed for manufacturing Talens products. The factory will include several recessed pits and ATEX zones (areas with explosion hazards). Next to the office and hall, a parking garage will be constructed with 6 parking levels and one level dedicated to bicycle storage. The factory and warehouse cover an area of 15.500 m², while the office building has a total area of 5.500 m².
