Amstelveen Uilenstede

The project involves the construction of a new student housing complex that, with 502 rooms, will meet the growing demand for student housing. The complex will also feature a restaurant/coffee bar, a study area, and several common areas. The common areas are all located on the ground floor. An underground parking garage is situated beneath part of the building. A great outcome of this process is that no fewer than 90 existing posts can be reused within the project. This not only makes efficient use of existing structures but also represents a sustainable step forward in the development of the residential complex. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
