Amsterdam B. at home

The B. at home project in the Schinkelkwartier, Amsterdam, covers 30.775 m² and includes 300 apartments, of which 30 are hotel rooms, 1.968 m² of office space, 1.508 m² of commercial areas, and a basement of 4.178 m² with parking facilities. A residential tower reaches a height of 55 meters, making it a distinctive landmark in the neighborhood. Construction starts in 2025, with pile driving work in February and the installation of a tower crane after the summer holiday. In March 2026, the ground floor slab will be poured, and the upper structure will begin, constructed with a concrete skeleton and façades made of red sandwich concrete panels. The delivery in 2028 marks an important contribution by Pleijsier Bouw to the transformation of the Schinkelkwartier into a modern urban district.
