The new Hotel Motel One on the Zuidas, opposite the RAI in Amsterdam, features 320 multifunctional rooms spread over 9 floors. Within a total area of 1.100 m², several retail and hospitality venues are also located. The complex has been awarded the BREEAM Four-Star Excellent certificate.
