Project description
In 2022, the Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf) issued a tender for the delivery of 2.000 temporary homes. Of these, 480 homes were awarded to Pleijsier Bouw in collaboration with Klein Units Projecten from Staphorst. Together, they are delivering these homes under the name Flexlivings. The 480 units will be installed at various locations throughout the Netherlands. The homes are stackable, relocatable, and have a minimum lifespan of 25 years.
