Project description
In Nieuw-Reijerswaard, Ridderkerk, Pleijsier Bouw is realizing a modern and sustainable fresh produce center of 55.600 m² UFA for Necron Group. This advanced distribution center will serve as the new location for Bakker Barendrecht, part of Greenyard. It includes a fully refrigerated hall maintained at a constant temperature of 12°C, a 30-meter-high high-rise warehouse, and a separate office building. Sustainability plays a key role in this project, which is being built to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and will be equipped with 3 megawatts of solar panels. Completion is scheduled for mid-2026.
