Project description
A new and sustainable distribution center with a total area of 70.750 m² at the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam for Nippon Express. The distribution center includes 1.400 m² of office space. The building is also characterized by its gas extinguishing system. Since the new complex meets all modern requirements (such as a gas suppression system), it has been awarded FM Global, BREEAM, and TAPA certifications.
