Amersfoort PDV

The project consists of two complexes: one is a renovation, and the other is a complete new build. Pleijsier Bouw will deliver the new retail complex with shell retail units and will equip the site with all necessary outdoor facilities. The brand-new retail complex replaces the former locations of Kwantum and Roobol. With its two floors, it offers space for multiple retailers. The prime location on Amsterdamseweg combined with the stylish design makes the building a striking and inviting presence. In total, the project includes 5.436 m² of usable floor space and 4.400 m² of site area. Construction began in July 2021, with completion and handover expected in Q2 2022.
