Amsterdam-Duivendrecht Dialogue

The project consists two residential towers, measuring 50 and 70 meters, connected by an intermediate building up to 35 meters high. It includes a mix of 123 social rental apartments, 197 mid-range rental apartments, 110 owner-occupied apartments, and a care center with 43 rooms designed for people with dementia. Additionally, the development features an underground parking garage with storage units totaling approximately 5.350 m², a commercial plinth of about 4.800 m² intended for both hospitality and office spaces, and a fully landscaped inner courtyard.
