Project description
For SEGRO, a 24.000 m² warehouse and 4.000 m² of office space have been realized. A large canopy has been constructed, and the building features larch timber columns. It has been built according to BREEAM Excellent standards and is equipped with a thermal energy storage system (WKO).
“In short, a great new project through which we’re achieving an impressive result,” concludes Alex enthusiastically. The building was designed by Mies Architectuur and delivered for client SEGRO and end-user DHL.
