Project description
The former ABN Amro office on Vijzelstraat in Amsterdam, with a total area of 33.500 m², has been completely transformed into a flexible and contemporary complex. Spread over 3 underground levels, a ground floor, and eight upper floors, the complex offers 133 parking spaces; 3.000 m² of retail and hospitality space; 18.000 m² of office space with flexible layouts suitable for various companies; and energy-efficient installations. This building has been awarded the BREEAM Very Good certificate.
