Arnhem Westgebouw

At Velperweg 45 in Arnhem, Pleijsier Bouw is developing the Westgebouw High Park residential and care complex: a redevelopment of an existing office complex into a future-proof living environment for seniors with care needs. The project comprises 43 modern residential and care apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 3,150 m². The apartments are designed with an emphasis on comfort, accessibility, and independence. Sustainability is central to the project: the building will be completely gas-free, equipped with PV panels, and will achieve a GPR score of 8. The surrounding landscaped park contributes to a healthy living environment and high energy performance. Construction will begin on June 22, 2026, with the installation of pile foundations. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
