Project description
The Newton is a development by COD, designed by Diederendirrix Architects and constructed by Van der Vorm. This distinctive triangular building is located in the attractive Kop Zuidas area and features a beautiful green courtyard, allowing residents to enjoy a natural environment right in the heart of Amsterdam. The building offers a total gross floor area of 12.000 m², including 175 m² of commercial space. Additionally, it includes an underground parking garage with 55 parking spaces. Sustainability is a key focus: the building is completely gas-free and utilizes a thermal energy storage system (WKO). The roof will also be fully equipped with solar panels.
