Voorburg Damsigt

Damsigt is a development by Borghese, designed by OZ Architects and constructed by Aveco de Bondt. It is a new-build project consisting of six residential blocks connected by a ground-level parking garage. On the roofs of these parking garages, publicly accessible inner gardens are created between the residential blocks. Blocks 1 through 5 each have five floors and share the same shape. Block 6 is a separate U-shaped building with three floors. Damsigt comprises 295 rental apartments totaling 28.900 m² of living space and a parking garage of 7.500 m². The building is completely gas-free, equipped with a sustainable thermal energy storage (WKO) system, and the roofs are fitted with solar panels.
