A total of 183 spacious apartments are being built on private land, along with 139 covered parking spaces. Nova is constructed using high-quality materials, featuring a façade made of prefabricated concrete elements, insulation, and a concrete inner layer. The design includes anodized window frames and an aluminum base. Naturally, Nova meets all sustainability standards with an EPC rating of 0.2.
