Hoofddorp SEGRO phase II

For SEGRO, a state-of-the-art distribution center of 14.000 m² is being realized. A large canopy will be constructed as part of the design, adding both functionality and architectural character. The building is developed in line with BREEAM Excellent standards and equipped with a thermal energy storage system (WKO), ensuring high sustainability performance. “This is a great new project that will result in something truly impressive,” says Alex enthusiastically. The building is designed by MIES Architectuur and is being developed for SEGRO.
