Project description
The new residential complex De Werf at the NDSM Wharf in Amsterdam is the largest high-rise housing project in the Netherlands. From October 2015 to March 2019, work was carried out to realize 400 student apartments, 550 rental apartments, a parking garage, an inner garden, and two towers reaching 60 meters in height. The total gross floor area of the project is 77.600 m².
