Project description
A new and highly sustainable office pavilion with a total area of 1.600 m² is located in the green part of Amsterdam’s Zuidas and was built on behalf of Being. Thanks to the high ceilings, abundant glass, and open workspaces, the office benefits from plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant working environment. To avoid having a separate switching station for Liander on the site, it was decided to incorporate it within the building. Additionally, the pavilion is equipped with high-tech smart building installations.
