Project description
This marks the 5th project by Pleijsier Bouw on Kaapstadweg, featuring a 30,000 m² warehouse with a 2,500 m² mezzanine floor. The facility includes 3 loading bays and 30 docks for efficient logistics. Constructed on 481 foundation piles and approximately 9,000 floor piles, the building is developed to high sustainability standards with a BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
